COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP TERMS – VALE CASH BACK INC.
Welcome to the Vale Cash Back Inc. Partnership Program. By completing your registration and checking "I read and accept", the MERCHANT fully agrees to the terms below.
1. IDENTIFICATION OF PARTIES
VALE CASH BACK INC., located at 145 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02111, provides a cashback platform designed to increase partner store sales and customer loyalty.
The MERCHANT is the individual or legal entity registering on the application and electronically accepting these terms.
2. SALES COMMISSION
2.1. The MERCHANT agrees to pay Vale Cash Back a commission on validated sales to participating platform customers.
2.2. The commission rate may vary between 2% and 10%, according to the chosen plan.
3. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
By checking the box below, the MERCHANT declares acceptance of all terms in this contract.
